Society

Aiming to help close the gender gap, we offer services that support both women and men in taking parental leave by providing coverage for their work during their leave period. Through this, we promote a workplace culture where taking parental leave is supported and encouraged for everyone. We are also working toward a society where there is no trade-off between family and career. Within our own organization, we actively foster a flexible work environment where women raising children can thrive and balance their personal and professional lives.

We are working to create a more sustainable workplace by promoting a paperless office through cloud-based document sharing.
