1. Purpose of Using Personal Information

2. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
(1) Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties: Personal information may be provided to administrative agencies, etc., based on laws and regulations, for purposes such as criminal investigations or public health. Other than these cases, personal information will not be provided to third parties without prior consent obtained at the time of acquisition for its intended use.
(2) Entrustment of Handling of Personal Information: Personal information obtained may be entrusted to contractors who are evaluated to have implemented safety management measures equivalent to or exceeding our standards, and with whom we have entered into agreements.
3. Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information, etc.
If a request is made for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc.") regarding the retained personal data, we will respond to such requests after confirming that they come from the individual or their representative. (5) Method for Requesting Disclosure, etc.
Please download the Personal Information Disclosure Request and Response Form, and send it either as an email attachment or by postal mail. If the request is made by the individual themselves, please attach one of the following identity verification documents:
- Identity Verification Documents: A copy of a driver's license, passport, a certificate of residence issued within the last three months, My Number Card, or other photo ID (if the document includes an individual number or permanent domicile, please mask these details before submission).
(6) Requests from Representatives
If the request is made by a representative, please attach the following documents:
- A document proving that the representative has been authorized by the individual to act on their behalf
- Representative’s verification documents: A copy of a driver's license, passport, a certificate of residence issued within the last three months, My Number Card, or other photo ID (if the document includes an individual number or permanent domicile, please mask these details before submission).
(7) Cases in which requests for Disclosure, etc. may not be granted:
- a. When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, or property of the individual or a third party
- b. When there is a risk of promoting or inducing illegal or improper actions
- c. When there is a risk of harming national security, damaging trust with other countries or international organizations, or causing disadvantages in negotiations with other countries or international organizations
- d. When there is a risk of hindering crime prevention, suppression, investigation, or other maintenance of public safety and order
- e. When cooperation with national or local government agencies in the execution of duties stipulated by laws and regulations is necessary, and notifying or disclosing the purpose of use to the individual may hinder the execution of those duties
- f. When there is a risk of harming our rights or legitimate interests
- g. When there is a significant risk of hindering the proper execution of our business operations
- h. When it would result in a violation of laws and regulations
- i. When the subject of correction, etc., is not factual but rather evaluative or opinion-based information
4. Measures Taken for the Security Management of All Personal Data
All personal data is subject to appropriate security management measures corresponding to its purpose of use. For example, the following measures are implemented:
