Blühen Inc. (hereinafter, the “Company”) is committed to protecting entrusted information assets from various threats and to maintaining the trust of our customers and society by implementing the following policy across the organization.
1. Responsibility of Management
The CEO leads the continuous maintenance and improvement of information security, conducting regular reviews and enhancements.
2. Establishment of Internal Framework
The CEO concurrently serves as the person responsible for information security management, establishes internal rules, and promotes continual improvement.
3. Employee Initiatives
All employees receive information security training to enhance knowledge and awareness for appropriate handling of information.
4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
The Company complies with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of violations or incidents related to information security, the Company responds appropriately and strives to prevent recurrence.
